Terms of Use
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Plain terms for a simple service. By using Threshold, you accept them.
The service
Threshold is operated by [legal name of the operator]. It offers a free behavioral assessment for business owners: 40 questions about the last 14 days, followed by a written result. Crossing, our 90-day program, is not on sale yet. You can reserve a founding place.
What Threshold is not
Threshold is a behavioral tool for your business. It is not therapy, coaching, or medical, psychological, legal, financial or tax advice, and it does not diagnose any condition. Your result reflects your own answers about a short period. Use your judgment, and consult a qualified professional for decisions that need one.
No promised results
We do not promise or guarantee any income, revenue or business result. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your business, market, offer and actions. See the Disclaimer.
Your part
- Answer honestly, and use your own details.
- You must be 18 or older and use Threshold for your business.
- Don’t misuse the service: no automated submissions, no attempts to access other people’s results or our systems, no copying of our questions, patterns or texts.
Crossing reservations
Reserving a founding place is free and is not a purchase. No payment is taken when you reserve. Before anything is charged, we will email you the final terms, price and start date, and nothing is charged unless you confirm. The founding price shown ($597, or 3 payments of $219) is the price we intend to offer you at launch; we may change or withdraw the offer before you confirm.
Our content
The assessment, the Constraint Codes™, their texts, the scoring method, the design and the photography belong to Threshold or its licensors. You may keep and share your own result for personal use. Anything else needs our written permission.
Availability
We provide Threshold “as is” and may change, pause or end it at any time. We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Threshold is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or opportunity arising from your use of the free assessment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [To confirm with legal counsel.]
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Mauritius — to confirm]. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Questions: [contact email].
